AS/NZS 3551 – Practical Professional Development Training
This practical professional-development course introduces participants to the principles, procedures and documentation associated with electrical safety testing of medical equipment, with reference to AS/NZS 3551 and other applicable requirements.
The course is designed for biomedical technicians, biomedical engineers, medical equipment service personnel and other appropriately qualified or experienced technical staff who want to develop or strengthen their practical knowledge of medical equipment electrical safety testing.
Participants will learn through a combination of theory, demonstrations and supervised hands-on practical activities using representative medical equipment and professional electrical safety test instruments.
